About the EMIR College

The supervisory college

Finansinspektionen is the competent authority for the central counterparty Nasdaq Clearing AB and governs the supervisory college that has been established in accordance with article 18 in EMIR. The college members are reviewed on a yearly basis; the last review was performed on 23 April 2024.
