The regulations regulate Finansinspektionen's supervision of financial conglomerates. For example, they introduce regulations on procedures for internal control at the conglomerate level and reporting information to FI on an annual basis.
The regulations adapt the regulatory framework to the new Insurance Business Act. The regulations repeal FFFS 2006:6.
Under the amended regulations, financial conglomerates no longer need to report information about significant risk concentrations and significant internal transactions on the forms in the regulations.
The objective is to adapt the regulations to a new implementation regulation that contains reporting templates that the financial conglomerates should use instead to report this information.
The amendments enter into force on 5 July 2023. Amendment 2023:9
