Summary
The scope is changed such that groups where a securities company is the parent undertaking shall be subject to the regulations regardless of whether the company is listed or not. The exception from this rule is the securities companies that will continue to apply the Capital Requirements Regulation (575/2013/EU).
The amendments enter into force on 7 July 2021. Amendment 2021:26
