PDMR transactions

Persons discharging managerial responsibilities, and closely associated persons, must report to Finansinspektionen changes in their holdings.

Transactions that are reported in the system are automatically published immediately after FI has received the notification. Instructions for how to file a report can be found at the bottom of this page. NOTE! There are also help bubbles in the reporting system. Simply place the cursor on the fields that must be filled in and the help text will appear.

LEI code when reporting

When reporting transactions in accordance with Article 19 of MAR, the rapporteur shall state the issuer's identification code for legal entities according to ISO 17442 (the LEI code).

A requirement went into effect on 3 January 2018 that all issuers on regulated markets and MTF platforms must have an LEI code in accordance with the requirements set out in MiFID II and MiFIR. The requirement to state the LEI code for reporting PDMR transactions according to Article 19 of MAR applies from this date as well.

You must register for a user account before you can report PDMR transactions. Read more at Reporting to FI
