Summary
Finansinspektionen has modified FFFS 2010:1 due to new statistics requirements from the EU.
A new version of the European System of Accounts (EAS 2010) was published in September 2014. The new statistics requirements impact the obligation to report quarterly data for some Swedish securities companies and branches of foreign securities companies. The requirements introduce primarily new sector divisions. The amendments relate to the reporting forms and the instructions for these forms.
The amendment regulation enters into force on 1 March 2015. Amendment 2015:2
