These regulations regulate the supervision that a body and representatives from the area of financial reporting, a so-called monitoring body, shall carry out on the issuer's periodic financial information. The rules contain provisions regarding supervision and reporting to Finansinspektionen.
The regulations apply as of 1 January 2019.
