Starting with the reference date 2024-09-30 (Q3), the alternative investment fund reporting concerning fund managers (AIFM) and their underlying funds (AIF), must be submitted in the FIDAC reporting system.
The reports are submitted by uploading XML files to FIDAC just like in the system for periodic reporting. The XML files should be created in the same way and with the same XML schema, which is available on ESMA's website.
Test reporting and login
Test reporting will be available from the beginning of June via "FIDAC Test Reporting" in the Reporting Portal. However, we will not be able to answer any questions, e.g., with regard to validation results, during the summer period.
Log in via the Reporting Portal, as usual. Individuals who already have authorisation to submit periodic reporting will be given access to "FIDAC Test Reporting" in the reporting portal.
