Insurance

The Insurance section is responsible for:

• supervision of insurance undertakings and some supervision of pension foundations
• supervision of consumer protection-related matters within the insurance area
• matters related to authorisation
• regulations and sanction assessments
• reporting matters
• development of regulations in the insurance area, both national and international

Leonard Weber Landgren is Executive Director of the Insurance section.
