It is now possible to perform management suitability assessments and owner management suitability assessments via a digital e-service.
Please note! As of 18th of July 2023 there are new regulations regarding ownership and management assessment.
The new regulations affect credit institutions (banks and credit market companies), payment institutions, electronic money institutions, consumer credit institutions and housing credit institutions. The new regulations replace the Financial Supervisory Authority's regulations (FFFS 2009:3) on ownership and management review.
Production in the E-service of the new forms linked to the new laws will take place in the autumn as we have a production break in development now during the summer. You log into the E-service as usual and fill in the old form, but also download, fill in and attach the supplementary forms linked to the law related to your application. Save the file as the name of the completion form and the name of the manager being tested. It is fine to add information in the form of attachments when you get to "Other information" in the application process. If you have not attached the relevant attachments for your case, it will lead to an order for completion.
